My Name is Jade Anderson, I am a qualified level 4 personal trainer and instructor.
Home exercising is the new normal and is positively encouraged, all my classes are live streamed, through the Zoom cloud, into the comfort of your living room… but I do not want you to get too used to that word comfort… otherwise I would not be doing my job! To coin an overused phrase “No Pain …No Gain!” and I will work with you to establish and determine the right exercise regime for your needs.
These may be a combination of activities including Pilates, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), Body weight training as well as corrective exercises designed to rebuild your body following injury.

Ive been taught by a lot of Pilates teachers over the years and hand on heart, Jade is the most intuitive, observant and focused teacher. My body has really strengthened and changed since I began my classes with her and I look forward to continuing my training with her in years to come.
