My Name is Jade Anderson, I am a qualified level 4 personal trainer and instructor.

Home exercising is the new normal and is positively encouraged, all my classes are live streamed, through the Zoom cloud, into the comfort of your living room… but I do not want you to get too used to that word comfort… otherwise I would not be doing my job! To coin an overused phrase “No Pain …No Gain!” and I will work with you to establish and determine the right exercise regime for your needs.

These may be a combination of activities including Pilates, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), Body weight training as well as corrective exercises designed to rebuild your body following injury.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary approach to the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of injuries. A full body assessment helps us review the posture and movement within individuals and identify musculoskeletal imbalances. Using this key information, we can create personalised workout plans using a weekly corrective exercise continuum, to optimise your training and re-balance the musculoskeletal system.

Personal Training

This involves a full body assessment, movement assessment and SMART goal setting. You will receive personalised workout plans to improve your strengths, weaknesses, and aesthetics. We will monitor your progress on a regular basis and optimise your training. We operate as a level 4 personal trainer and client safety is at the forefront of our service offering, to minimise the risk of injury to our clients during exercising.

I worked with Jade from powerhouse while pregnant and after having my baby. I don’t know what I would have done without her! Not only is she amazing at teaching, she also shares her knowledge in a way that is easy to digest which helps you get the most out of sessions and also give an understanding of how the body works. I have done pilates before but never gained much actual knowledge about how the body works and benefits of the exercises, but that was different with Jade which was refreshing. 3 years later I am still utilising the knowledge and the exercises that Jade has taught me. She is also an empowering and positive force to work with!
